Compensation

Conditionally Licensed Therapists:

 40/60 to 50/50 split (therapist keeps 40-50%)

Fully Licensed Therapists:

 60/40 to 70/30 split (therapist keeps 60-70%)

The revenue split reflects a balance between fairness and the practicalities of running a private practice. It was intentionally designed to ensure therapists are appropriately compensated for their expertise and time, while also accounting for operational costs that support the practice’s growth and sustainability. This structure provides therapists with a steady stream of referrals, professional resources, and opportunities to grow.
